2. Overview
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are loaded directly from our own server. We only process personal data in the cases described below.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser information) to deliver the website and keep it secure.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Forms (AI check and course waitlist)
AI check: When you use the form, we process the details you provide (name or business, email address, industry, your description, optionally your website address) to handle your request and send you the results. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Course waitlist: When you sign up, we store your email address and the course you chose in order to tell you when it launches. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@zynelo.cloud.
Form data is transmitted and stored via Netlify's form service (see section 3). We delete it once it is no longer needed: requests no later than twelve months after the last contact unless a business relationship results; waitlist entries after the course launches or when you withdraw consent.
5. Contact by email
When you email us, we process your details to answer your request. Our email provider is Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation B.V., Netherlands); data is stored in data centres in the EU. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
6. Buying guides and courses
We sell digital products through Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., USA). This website only links to the shop; Gumroad's privacy policy applies once you follow the link. Gumroad handles payment and sales tax as the seller.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, email hello@zynelo.cloud.
If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
